And the winner is...

Judi from Approachable Art, congrats!

Last week I invited participants from the Sketchbook Project to tell us why they love the project, and share a link to their progress so far, with the added bonus of going in the draw to win a little prize.

General consensus seemed to be that we love the Sketchbook Project because:
  • It allows us to meet other artists.
  • It provides inspiration as we watch what others are doing in their sketchbooks.
  • Because it gets our creativity flowing.
  • It encourages to try new things.
  • It's a great form of visual expression.
  • The project lets us talk to strangers (visually) in a way we might not be able to otherwise.
  • The deadline keeps us on track and keeps us creating.
  • Lets us take part in something bigger, something global.
  • And because it makes us feel like kids again!
Judi will be receiving a little pack of goodies including a notebook from the National Gallery of Victoria (featuring Pompon's polar bear design), a pack of Staedtler felt-tip pens, and three packets of decorative wax seals.
