I have a secret....want to know what it is?
I carry around a fountain pen filled with invisible ink and I write on things I shouldn't. I draw bunnies on board reports, write love notes on menus, and scribble letters to friends and then giggle at their confused faces when I hand them blank bits of paper.
Do you have a secret?

I do this too! I even have a special see-thru fountain pen for it! I mostly make notes in a journal then decorate around all the edges with other ink pens, to confuse whoever might go snooping. I love the other ideas too!
ReplyDeleteOoh ooh, I just bought a clear Lamy fountain pen and I'm going to switch them over when I get home! I love that you do it too! ;)
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute idea! I love fountain pens but have yet to find one with a nice fine nib that I love. Would you recommend Lamy? What is your favorite ink besides the invisible that is? : )
ReplyDeleteHi Carol. I like the Lamy's because they are inexpensive so I can buy them in different colors. ;) Plus you can get all different nib sizes for them.
ReplyDeleteBut the fountain pen I use every day for all my regular writing is a Cross pen with a gold nib. It is just beautiful...but I think cost around $300.
I only use refillable cartridges and have loads of ink bottles at home. I use Noodlers ink a lot because I can get them locally and they have LOADS of colors, but Herbin inks are probably my favorites!
I love this idea! Does the ink eventually become visible though?
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Tasha
So far it has only become visible if heat it up (over a flame / under an iron / under a hot lightbulb etc).
ReplyDeleteI have a pile of un-used fountain pens...perhaps I'll give this a whirl!
ReplyDeleteOh definitely! Fill them all up with different colors (or invisible ink) and go crazy! :)
