The reason I've been a bit quiet this week is that I'm traveling over on the other side of the world. I'm in the US, visiting my grandmother.
I've been keeping a bit of a travel journal, using my new polaroid camera, watercolors, and pens and I'd be interested to know if you keep a travel journal on trips.

ReplyDeleteWhat an adventure, and how cool that you're using polaroids! I'd love to try my Polaroid cam too someday, but the film is so expensive... =/

I don't do journals, but I do take watercolor pads and pan paints or else watercolor pencils. This entertains me during the traveling time. Neat photos. Have a great time here in the US. As a grandmother, I can tell you that your visit means a lot to your granny.
ReplyDeleteGreat journal! I always take one and never work in it, too busy enjoying the trip to get it out usually. When I see one as cool as yours it makes me vow to try again.
ReplyDeleteTraveling is one of the things I want to do in my life. Experiencing other culture and the different tastes of foods. Glad you've already done this.
ReplyDeleteRegards,
Hannah
I do keep one but I am very behind on it at the moment. And did a whole sketchbook on a beach vacation.

ReplyDeleteTwenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore
